Renting a car
We used a car rental service 2 times before finally moving to Portugal. We were here twice, for paperwork, signing an agreement for a long-term lease and registration — paper work! Therefore, we needed a car for easy and fast movement. We had not such a good experience. Firstly, renting a car here, in the Faro International Airport area, is expensive. On our first visit, a week before Easter, the companies shrugged their arms: «Holidays, sorry, we can’t get cheaper.»
